The Jinparrak Aboriginal Corporation manage and act as an agent for the, Japuwuny, Parlakuna-Palkinykarni and Yilyilyimawu landholding groups in relation to native title matters.
On 8 September 2020, White J made a positive native title determination in relation to an area in NT Portion 2653 held under Perpetual Pastoral Lease No. 1002 and known as the Wave Hill Pastoral Lease. The area is in the Gurindji locality of the central region of the Northern Territory and is about 5,492 kilometres squared.
