Kokatha Aboriginal Corporation RNTBC
The Kokatha Aboriginal Corporation RNTBC administers land on behalf of Kokatha Peoples. Their native title rights and interests were recognised in the Kokatha People (Part A) determination of 1 September 2014.
Karajarri Traditional Lands Association (Aboriginal Corporation) RNTBC
Karajarri people are the traditional owners of the land and waters along the southwest Kimberley coast. Karajarri country is the source of spirit, culture and language for our people. The Karajarri Traditional Lands Association (KTLA) is the Registered Native Title Body Corporate representing the Karajarri people. Through the Karajarri Ranger and Indigenous Protected Area program, the KTLA manage more than 32,000 square kilometres of jurarr (coastal areas) and pirra (inland areas).
Kaltupakal Aboriginal Corporation RNTBC
The Kaltupakal Aboriginal Corporation RNTBC are the registered native title body corporate for the Pilki People.
The Corporation were nominated and recognised as the prescribed body corporate following a Federal Court of Australia’s judgment made on 2 December 2014. On that date, McKerracher J made a positive native title determination in relation to the Pilki People of Western Australia.
The native title holders have both exclusive and non-exclusive rights and interests in the determination area.
Kalkadoon Native Title Aboriginal Corporation RNTBC
The Kalkadoon Native Title Aboriginal Corporation RNTBC (Kalkadoon PBC) represents Traditional Owners from the Kalkadoon Nation family clans, who are recognised as traditional owners over 38,719 square kilometres of land and waters in the Mount Isa Region, awarded by the Federal Court of Australia by consent determination in 2011.
Jinibara People Aboriginal Corporation RNTBC
The Jinibara People Aboriginal Corporation are the registered native title body corporate to manage and act as an agent for the Jinibara People.
The Jinibara People hold both exclusive and non-exclusive rights in the determination area.
