The Gulngay Kinjufile Aboriginal Corporation RNTBC act as an agent for the Gulngay People. 

On 4 April 2019, Robertson J recognised the Gulngay People’s native title rights and interests and nominated the Gulngay Kinjufile Aboriginal Corporation as the prescribed body corporate, following an agreement being reached between the native title holders, the State government and other interested parties.  

On 8 December 2017, Collier J made a positive native title determination in relation to the Gumbaynggirr People. The area subject to this determination consisted of all Crown land, encompassing waters east of the North Coast Railway line, west of the mean high-water mark of the Pacific Ocean, with the southern boundary being at the Nambucca Shire. In this judgment, Collier J acknowledged that the Gumbaynggir Wenonah Head Aboriginal Corporation RNTBC were the nominated prescribed body corporate to hold native title in trust for the native title holders. 

The First Nations Bailai, Gurang, Gooreng Gooreng, Taribelang Bunda People Aboriginal Corporation RNTBC holds native title in trust for the Bailai, Gurang, Gooreng Gooreng, Taribelang Bunda People. 

The Barngarla Determination Aboriginal Corporation RNTBC act as an agentt for the benefit of the Barngarla Traditional Owners.
