Gurambilbarra Wulgurukaba Aboriginal Corporation

The Gurambilbarra Wulgurukaba Aboriginal Corporation acts as trustee for the native title rights and interests of the Gurambilbarra Wulgurukaba People, recognised in Wyles on behalf of the Gurambilbarra Wulgurukaba People for the GW Mada Claim v State Minister for Queensland [2025]. The sea country determination, near Townsville in Northern Queensland, recognised non-exclusive rights and interests.

Bulgan Tara Yanal Aboriginal Corporation RNTBC

The Bulgan Tara Yanal Aboriginal Corporation RNTBC acts as a Trustee for the native title rights and interests of the Barada Kabalbara and Yetimarala People. The native title rights and interests of the Barada Kabalbara and Yetimarala People were recognised in Dallachy on behalf of the Barada Kabalbara and Yetimarala People #1 v State of Queensland (Consent Determination) [2024], located in central Queensland.

Awu-Laya Indigenous Corporation RNTBC

On 2 November 2023, the Federal Court of Australia recognised the Thaypan People’s native title rights and interests in relation to land and waters in the south-east Cape York Peninsula, to the east of the Great Dividing Range. The determination area covers more than 350,000 hectares.

The determination resolved a part of the larger Cape York United #1 claim. 

The Thaypan native title group include the Goose and taipan Snake clans.
