Jabalbina Yalanji Aboriginal Corporation is the registered native title body holder, prescribed body corporate, land trust and cultural heritage body for the Eastern Kuku Yalanji People. 

In 2008, Justice Lander made a consent determination recognising the native title rights of the Wangkangurru/Yarluyandi claim groups. The determination recognised non-exclusive native title rights and interests in the 7770sq km of the Witjira National Park and a commercial lease at Mt Dare. This was the first determination over a South Australian national park and resolves four claims over the Witjira National Park: the Irrwanyere Mt Dare claim (2005), and park overlap areas of two Eringa claims (1996 and 1999) and a Wangkangurru/ Yarluyandi claim (1997).

The Irretyepwenty Ywentent Pwert Aboriginal Corporation RNTBC acts as agent for the benefit of the native title holders.  

The Ilperrelhelan Aboriginal Corporation RNTBC act as an agent for benefit of the native title holders.  

The Ilkewartn Ywel Aboriginal Corporation holds native title in trust for the benefit of the native title holders.  

The Gurindji Aboriginal Corporation RNTBC acts as an agent for the Jiylijurrung and Gurindji People in relation to native title matters.  

The Gurindji Aboriginal Corporation RNTBC was recognised as the prescribed body corporate on 7 May 2014. On that date, White J recognised the Jiylijurrung and Gurindji People’s native title rights and interests in relation to an area comprising of approximately 5.7 kilometres squared and is the area within the other boundaries of Lot 121 in the Town of Kalkaringji.
