Kariyarra Aboriginal Corporation RNTBC
The Kariyarra Aboriginal Corporation is the Registered Native Title Body Corporate of the Kariyarra People. Established in 2016, our focus as a not-for-profit organisation is to provide native title and related services, to support the Kariyarra People in managing their native title rights and interests.
The Kariyarra people live in and around town of Port Hedland in the Pilbara region, in the north-west of Western Australia, encompassing country from Port Hedland west to the Sherlock River and south to the Yule River.
Karlka Nyiyaparli Aboriginal Corporation RNTBC
Karlka Nyiyaparli Aboriginal Corporation RNTBC (KNAC) is the Native Title representative group for the Nyiyaparli People.
The Nyiyaparli People are the Traditional Owners of approximately 36,684 square kilometres of land and waters in the east Pilbara region, including the township of Newman, Western Australia.
Kulyakartu (Aboriginal Corporation) RNTBC
The Kulyakartu Aboriginal Corporation RNTBC holds native title in trust for the Kulyakartu people in the East Pilbara region of Western Australia. Lodged in 2005, the Kulyakartu claim was resolved at an on-country hearing of the Federal Court of Australia.
Budina Aboriginal Corporation RNTBC
The Budina Aboriginal Corporation RNTBC holds land in trust for the Budina people in the Pilbara region of Western Australia. The native title rights and interests of the Budina people were recognised in a consent determination in October 2017 (October 2017 determination).
