If you want to become more efficient and organised at work using Microsoft Word and Excel, TAFE Queensland have a course for this. Microsoft Office Bundle: Intermediate is designed to assist you in improving your expertise and developing your skills further by mastering the tools and features in the Microsoft Office programs.

IBA offers an online learning course to assist Indigenous entrepreneurs to progress their ideas for business at their own pace. All the materials are provided via IBA’s online Learning Place platform, so participants can easily access them from anywhere with internet access.

This qualification reflects the role of individuals who possess a sound theoretical knowledge base in international business management and demonstrate a range of managerial skills to ensure that international business activities are conducted effectively in an organisation or business area. 

This qualification covers the competencies required for independent and self-directed work in the public sector. It is suited to those working in an environment where there is a range of responsibilities which are diverse in nature rather than within a narrow specialization and/or they work in small or regionally based organisations.

This qualification reflects the role of personnel working in community coordination and facilitation, which focuses on fostering, promoting and supporting community development, particularly in rural communities that are engaged in land management activities. This course is delivered online.

Jobs Victoria – through the Victorian Department of Jobs, Precincts and Regions (DJPR) – has provided funding to VCOSS and the Future Social Services Institute (FSSI) to deliver the Community Traineeship Pilot Program to young Victorian job seekers, to address youth unemployment and increased workforce demand in the community services industry.

This course provides skills and knowledge for those working or seeking work in government investigations or regulatory compliance. Investigation processes including gathering and recording evidence and interview techniques will be taught with other skills essential to employment in the public sector including values and ethics.

This qualification allows for the attainment of occupational specific competencies for those working in operational roles without supervision in the public sector. Graduates at this level will apply knowledge and skills to demonstrate autonomy, judgement, and limited responsibility with established parameters.

This qualification is suitable for individuals working as board members, contact officers and senior staff within Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander organisations. It also applies to public servants working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander boards of governance.
