AICD offers a range of courses designed for the professional development of company directors. Courses topics such as governance, finance and strategy and risks and are of varying lengths, including short intensive courses, residential courses, webinars and e-learning options.

The Centre for Community Welfare Training (CCWT) provides cost effective and accessible training opportunities for people working across the community welfare sector in NSW, in particular those working with vulnerable children, young people and families. 

Jobs Victoria – through the Victorian Department of Jobs, Precincts and Regions (DJPR) – has provided funding to VCOSS and the Future Social Services Institute (FSSI) to deliver the Community Traineeship Pilot Program to young Victorian job seekers, to address youth unemployment and increased workforce demand in the community services industry.

Northern Volunteering provides a range of training opportunities for potential and current volunteers, organisations, volunteer managers and coordinators.

Volunteering SA & NT provide free and low cost training for volunteers, volunteer managers/co-ordinators and volunteering-involving organisations. Sessions are interesting, informative and inspiring and offer straightforward suggestions for dealing with all matters volunteering.
