The Northern Territory Council of Social Service (NTCOSS) provides a calendar of training for community or not-for-profit sector organisations. The programs specifically include training in governance and financial management.

This workshop provides a basic introduction to understanding finances in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander corporations. Topics include Directors responsibilities, Bookkeepers, accountants and auditors, Reading and understanding financial statements and budgeting.

This workshop looks at corporate governance for members and directors of corporations. It provides an introduction to the key aspects of running a corporation and focuses on topics such as: finance and responsibilities of directors.

This qualification reflects the role of personnel working in community coordination and facilitation, which focuses on fostering, promoting and supporting community development, particularly in rural communities that are engaged in land management activities. This course is delivered online.

Volunteering SA & NT provide free and low cost training for volunteers, volunteer managers/co-ordinators and volunteering-involving organisations. Sessions are interesting, informative and inspiring and offer straightforward suggestions for dealing with all matters volunteering.
