AICD offers a range of courses designed for the professional development of company directors. Courses topics such as governance, finance and strategy and risks and are of varying lengths, including short intensive courses, residential courses, webinars and e-learning options.

IBA offers an online learning course to assist Indigenous entrepreneurs to progress their ideas for business at their own pace. All the materials are provided via IBA’s online Learning Place platform, so participants can easily access them from anywhere with internet access.

The Company Directors Course provides a comprehensive overview of the roles and duties of board directors and includes topics on the legal environment, the director mindset, strategy and risk, financial performance, decision making, board and organisational culture, board dynamics and measuring board effectiveness.

The program covers all the key areas you will need to be across as a board director, including sessions on board duties, meeting processes, finance, strategy and risk.

Indigenous community fellowship is aimed at Indigenous people working in community organisations who wish to undertake a research project and build their research capability.

The IMW and its strategic partners are dedicated to the development and advancement of culturally appropriate and inclusive geospatial technologies for Indigenous leadership, agencies, and communities to support Indigenous rights and interests.

Native Title Operations and Management Training (NTOMT) is a FREE, one-of-its-kind workshop teaching Traditional Owners how to grow and leverage their PBCs as a business. NTOMT is organised by the National Native Title Council (NNTC), together with our partners at RMIT, AIATSIS and Melbourne Business School. The training is delivered by leading business, native title and marketing experts.

Batchelor Institute Graduate School offers higher degree by research programs in Indigenous Perspectives, at the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and Master by Research levels.

The workshops is covering a range of topics from record keeping and tax essentials through to employer obligation, taxable payments reporting and more.

This workshop provides a basic introduction to understanding finances in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander corporations. Topics include Directors responsibilities, Bookkeepers, accountants and auditors, Reading and understanding financial statements and budgeting.
