a) the right to hunt on, fish from, take, use, share and exchange the natural resources of the flowing and underground waters for personal, domestic, cultural or non-commercial communal purposes;

b) the right to take, use, share and exchange the flowing and underground waters for personal, domestic, cultural or non-commercial communal purposes and non-exclusive rights over the determination area.

Non-exclusive rights include the right to:

1) access and move freely,

2) the right to live, enter, camp and erect shelters and other structures on the determination area;

3) hunt, gather and fish for personal, domestic, cultural and non-commercial communal purposes;

4) take and use flora and fauna for personal, domestic, cultural and non-commercial communal purposes;

5) take, use, share and exchange the natural resources, including soil, sand, clay, gravel, ochre, timber, charcoal, resin and stone for personal, domestic, cultural and non-commercial communal purposes.
